All orders made before 8:30 am (AEDT/ LONDON Time) each day (Monday to Friday) are packed and sent the same day. Please allow up to 48 hours for your orders to be dispatched during and just after sale periods and during holiday periods. Australia orders: If you have not received your items within 5 working days of making your order please email us with your order number. In most cases, this means that an attempted delivery has occurred and unfortunately you were not home! Resulting in your parcel to be waiting for you at your nearest post office for collection.
International orders: If you have not received your order after (Express- 6 working days) & (Standard- 15 working days), please track your package to find its location and call your national postal service with your tracking number.
If you are not home at the time of your order’s delivery, you will be left a calling card.
UK customers: Your order will be redirected to your local post office and you can collect the package from your local post office with your Photo ID.
International customers: Please contact DHL in your country to reschedule re-delivery for when best suits you.
– Once your order is packed and leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with your order’s tracking number.
– You will be sent a unique tracking code for your package that can be tracked online.
– Please allow up to 48 hours between Monday to Friday for your tracking number Via email.
– If you have not received your tracking number, please check your ‘Junk’ folder Via email, as it may have been automatically filtered.
CUSTOM DUTIES & TAXES INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
We love all our customers equally, reasoning why we ensure we do our best to avoid and reduce the customs duties and taxes payable on all international orders. However, in the event that an international shipment attracts customer duties and taxes, the customer will be required to pay the customs, duties and taxes on the order.
– ALL SALES ARE FINAL. TCBUFashion’s warehouse team are super fast in processing all customer orders to ensure all orders are receive on time. If you have double order (the same products).. Your order will be shipped out before Customer Care can attend to this. If your have received your double order- Simply proceed to our Returns Info.
-If an in-stock item is purchased with an Pre-order item, the order will be placed on hold and shipped out together once the Pre- order item has arrived. If you would like otherwise, please notify us Via email.
– Pre-orders can NOT be cancelled once made.
– If an incorrect shipping address is provided by a customer, the order will be returned to TCBU Fashion Warehouse, and the Cost of Re- Shipping MUST be covered by the customer.
– Unfortunately, TCBU Fashion are not held responsible for lost or stolen packages or delays in transit.
– Babyboo Fashion does NOT take any responsibility of an order once delivered and confirmed delivered by tracking.
– Some packages may require a signature on delivery and will not be released without a signature. The delivery of your package may be delayed if your delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery. If no one is present to sign for confirmation of your order, the package will be sent to your local post office for collection.
There may be some delays in customs which are beyond our control and we do not take responsibility for any of these processing delays.
